Mindful Wellness

Mindful wellness is having awareness of your mental, physical, and spiritual health. To be mindful of our wellness we have to be aware of our surroundings, what we allow to influence us, and what we are putting on and into our bodies.

Our family believes that everything on this earth was given to care for ourselves in every way, naturally. One of the natural things that has helped us most is essential oils. Essential oils are concentrated plant extracts that have many uses and benefits. Essential oils have personally given me immediate relief of my anxiety, dissipated my headaches and nausea, stopped the vomiting of my oldest son who has been admitted to the ICU several times for excessive vomiting, relieved constipation for my toddlers, and so much more. We also use essential oils for meditation, grounding, to have a nice aroma in our home and for cleaning.
